The Keirkai is an innovative product meant to increase comfort and conveneince for families and their infants. We garauntee this product to be free from defects at the time of manufacturing. If a defect is discovered it can be returned within 30 days of purchase. If deemed appropriate, at our sole discretion, we will repair or replace your product. If you feel this is necessary, please send us your defective merchandise and a letter detailing why the product is defective. Please remember to include your name, address (no PO Boxes), and phone number. We cannot be held responsible for lost shipments. In addition, failure to provide complete information will result in no response from Customer Service.

Once the KeirKai has been received we will inspect it. If it is found to be defective, we will replace it with the same or like item at no additional cost to you.

This limited warranty does not cover claims resulting from misuse, failure to follow the instructions on installation, maintenance and use, abuse, alteration and normal wear and tear.

Refunds are available only for damaged products. If you have a damaged pillow and would like a refund, please request a refund by sending an email to info@keirkai.com.
